G&G Classes
Functional Fitness
The all rounder! Improve your strength, skills and fitness in one class. A combination of strength, bodyweight and cardio movements with high intensity workouts. Functional Fitness is the most effective way to improve your fitness!
Olympic Weightlifting
Hone your barbell technique and learn to perfect the Snatch, Clean & Jerk. We also include squats, deadlifts & presses as accessory movements to build strength. G&G is an affiliated BWL Club too.
Strength 45+
A strength based class for people over the age of 45. Stay strong and healthy without the burpees! A great way to start if you are new to the gym too!
Hybrid Fitness
This Hybrid class is about developing your engine! Get fit and enjoy longer cardio based sessions. The movements are simpler, the weights lighter but a nice sweaty session to get the heart pumping!

Sport In Mind - Free Weekly Strength Circuit Class!
Every Tuesday at 11am-12pm
Sport in Mind Strength Circuits This is a free, weekly beginner level class delivered every Tuesday from 11.00 at Grace & Grit Fitness. The session involves lots of types of strength training, working on your lifting technique and developing skills you can use in the gym and everyday life. It's also a nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere where you can meet a few local people and work in a small group with an experienced coach.
Come along and have a go. The session free is open to anyone over the age of 16. Just come along and see if it's for you.

Quality Classes with a Great Community
Our classes cater to all fitness levels, focusing on movement quality, technique, strength and endurance. This is the place to improve your all around fitness and health!
Experienced Coaches

Estelle and Lottie bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Both are CrossFit Level 2 coaches and have multiple qualifications in fitness, strength and weightlifting coaching.
By fostering a supportive and motivating environment, we'll help athletes of all levels achieve their goals, whether you're aspiring to compete or simply seeking to enhance your fitness journey.

Affiliated Weightlifting Club
We are a fully affiliated BWL Weightlifting Club. Weightlifting is a fun and challenging sport that anyone can do. Improve your technique with expert advice from our specialist weightlifting coach, Lottie.
Lottie is a Double British Masters Weightlifting Champion and World Masters Silver Medalist with a PhD in Sport & Exercise Science.
