G&G Workshop Series
Try something new...
We love running workshops at Grit & Grace to give our members and visitors a chance to try something different, learn skills in more depth and to get new perspectives from expert coaches.
We aim to host a workshop roughly every month with extra sessions and special events dotted in around them.
One session to look out for is our month Weightlifting Workshops with BWL Coach Lottie. These take place on the first Sunday of every month, and are ideal for anyone who has the basics of Olympic Weightlifting, but wants to develop their technique and take things to the next level.
