Functional Fitness
Monday-Friday 9.30am, 5.30/6.30pm
60min class led by one of our highly qualified coaches. Functional Fitness involves learning functional movement skills such as squats, presses and hinges.
You will improve your strength, skills and cardiovascular fitness as you perform these movements to a high intensity under the careful guidance of our coaching team.
We specialise in improving your movement quality, scaling workouts effectively and ensuring that you are working hard but safely. This is an incredibly effective training method for improving health and fitness for all ages and abilities. Join our community and get stuck in!



Olympic Weightlifting
Wednesday 5.30pm & Saturday 9am
G&G is an official BWL Weightlifting Club, with two fully qualified BWL coaches.
Olympic weightlifting is fantastic sport that combines strength and speed. Under the guidance of an expert coach, Lottie Miles, you not only learn the fundamental lifts, such as the snatch and the clean and jerk, but also improve your overall physical capabilities, including power, agility, and coordination.
With the help of our coaches, you will be able to master your form and technique. There will even be opportunities to compete. Lottie is a World Masters Silver Medalist and double British Masters Champion so you're in good hands!





Strength 45+
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10.30am
Strength 45 is a class for people over the age of 45 who are looking to get stronger and improve their health. Strength training is crucial for maintaining muscle and bone density.
These classes are fully adaptable and suitable for all abilities. Don't wait, get strong and stay strong for life! Remember, your age is all about how well you move, not how many years you've stuck around for! We also have a new Functional Strength Class every Thursday 5.30pm



Hybrid Fitness
Wednesday 9.30am & 5.30pm
Hybrid Fitness is a longer conditioning workout that will get you sweating! This is about building a great engine and improving your fitness to a whole new level.
This class involves a mix of low skill, high intensity movements that will enable you to really push your limits!

Functional Strength
Thursday 5.30pm
Our Functional Strength Class is designed to help you build strength and develop your lifting technique in a supportive, friendly environment. This class will use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells as well as bodyweight movements.
Perfect for beginners or those wanting to transition more gradually into functional fitness, this class focuses on foundational movements that improve everyday performance and confidence. Taught by our expert strength coaches, you’ll develop proper technique, increase strength, and boost overall fitness—all in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.




Saturday Grit WOD
Saturday 10am
Join in our big community workout every Saturday 10-11am. This is our fun, open class that everyone can get involved in. Everyone will work in pairs or small teams, helping you build friendships as you work hard together.
The Team WOD will also be a great opporuntity to bring your friends and family along. Look out for special discounts and free bring a friend sessions happening each month.

Beginner's On-Ramp Course

Get your fitness journey kick started with our fantastic 6 session beginner's on-ramp course. This is a great way to find out if Functional Fitness is for you! Learn new the skills, get confident using weights and master the basics of all the key movements we use in our classes.

Unlimited Membership
Get unlimited access to all our classes every month and free open gym access. Plus get free access to our programming app to get the workout of the day on your phone

Our limited membership gets you 8 classes per month, which averages out at around 2 per week. If you aren't able to take full advantage of our unlimited membership, this is a great option for you to access our fantastic coaching.

Drop In Passes
Come and join us for a one-off class or buy a 10 class package for just £90. This is a great option for visitors to the area, or if you just want to try us out for a bit. Class passes have a 6 month life so make sure you use them up!
