At Grit & Grace Fitness, we offer high-quality fitness classes that are challenging, fun, and inclusive. We’re proud to be a female-owned and coached gym, where everyone is welcome! Founders and coaches, Estelle and Lottie bring experience and expert coaching to help you move better, get stronger, and build confidence.

 

Our varied classes and strength training programmes are designed to support all abilities and backgrounds. This is a welcoming, supportive space where you can get into the shape of your life!

Book a free introduction session to come in, meet the coaches and take a look around the gym. We'll chat about your goals, what you are looking for and help you understand what we offer here at Grit and Grace.

G&G Classes

Functional Fitness

The all rounder!  Improve your strength, skills and fitness in one class.  A combination of strength, bodyweight and cardio movements with high intensity workouts.  Functional Fitness is the most effective way to improve your fitness!

Olympic Weightlifting

Hone your barbell technique and learn to perfect the Snatch, Clean & Jerk.  We also include squats, deadlifts & presses as accessory movements to build strength. G&G is an affiliated BWL Club too.

Strength 45+

A strength based class for people over the age of 45. Stay strong and healthy without the burpees! A great way to start if you are new to the gym too!

Hybrid Fitness

This Hybrid class is about developing your engine! Get fit and enjoy longer cardio based sessions.  The movements are simpler, the weights lighter but a nice sweaty session to get the heart pumping!

New Timetable Changes: More Classes!

We've added more classes to our timetable, giving you 22 Classes a week to choose from!

New for January 2026 we are adding two additional functional fitness classes and a Olympic Weightlifting Class to our timetable.  Plus we have created 2 early morning meet up sessions for members who what to train together.  

Quality Classes with Great Community Feel

Our classes cater to all fitness levels, focusing on movement quality, technique, strength and endurance.  This is the place to improve your all around fitness and health!

We offer Specialise Fitness, Strength and Over 45 Classes, meaning there's something for everyone.

Expert Coaching Delivered with Passion

Estelle and Lottie bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise.  Both are CrossFit Level 2 coaches and have multiple qualifications in fitness, strength and weightlifting coaching. Lottie also has a PhD in Sport Science, bringing great academic expertise to G&G too!

By fostering a supportive and motivating environment, we'll help athletes of all levels achieve their goals, whether you're aspiring to compete or simply seeking to enhance your fitness journey.

Personal Training and Small Group PT

We offer personal training and private small group training sessions to help you achieve your goals and get the most out of your time in the gym.

Both Lottie and Estelle offer sessions throughout the week, which are tailored to you.  Personal training is the most effective way to get results that last!
