Grit & Grace is the gym we always dreamed of creating! 

Lottie & Estelle are best friends and local fitness coaches who've come together to create the perfect space just for you guys! Our vision has always been to provide a clean, welcoming and supportive gym with expert coaching for our community. We love coaching classes and teaching functional skills that will last a lifetime.  You might even find us competing in local CrossFit and Functional Fitness Competitions!

We are on a mission to help you improve your health, have fun and get freaking fit and strong along the way!

Estelle Liepa

I have spent over 20 years coaching horse riding and breaking in horses.  Breaking my back pushed me towards the gym and there I found a new passion.  I'm a L2 CrossFit coach and L2 Strength coach and love helping people to improve their strength and confidence in the gym

Dr. Lottie Miles

I’m a specialist Weightlifting and Functional Fitness coach with a PhD in Sport & Exercise Science and CrossFit Level 2 certification. I’ve won two British Masters Weightlifting titles and a Silver medal at the World Masters Weightlifting Championships. I write the class programming at Grit and Grace and love combining sport science with real-world coaching experience to help our members progress, move better, and continually improve their fitness.
