Book a free 30min introduction with one of our coaches.

This is a 'no-sweat' intro - you don't need to workout, it's just a chance to come in and get a sense of what Grit & Grace is about!

Come along and meet one of our coaches who will introduce you to our gym and our equipment, talk to you about our classes and help you understand how best to get going on your G&G fitness journey.  We can offer you lots of advice, help you feel comfortable in our space and explain what our sessions are like.  This is a great option if you are a little be nervous about getting started or just want to have a look around and a bit of a chat before you commit to a membership.
