What better way to celebrate Grit and Grace's 1st Birthday...
More than 40,000 cardiac arrests happen in the UK outside of hospitals, and survival rates are less than 1 in 10. But using an AED within 3 to 5 minutes of a cardiac arrest can mean survival rates are as high as 50-70%.
On the 25th April, at 11am Lottie and Estelle will start working on their burpees. Donations can be sent online or given to Lottie and Estelle at the gym.
Come along and support us, pop a few extra £££'s into the pot and watch us suffer through all those burpees. Plus we will be putting on a BBQ and running a Raffle to raise a few extra pounds.
