Can beginners join your gym?

Absolutely. Many of our members are beginners. Our coaches help new members learn safe exercise techniques and build confidence when starting their fitness journey.  Everything we do is scaled and adjusted to suit each individual and we work with each member on an individual basis to help you achieve your goals.

Do you offer affordable gym memberships in Barnstaple?

Yes, we offer flexible gym memberships in Barnstaple, including monthly plans, class packages, and personal training options.  Our Monthly memberships offer the most benefits, but you can also purchase passes for individual classes or a 10 class pass.  Come and try us for two weeks for just £25 with our amazing Trial membership or take a look at our memberships page.

What are your opening hours?

Our gym in Barnstaple is open 24hrs a day, every day of the week.  This is via our Fob access system for Unlimited and Open Gym members.  Our coaches are available around 20mins before and after class shifts - check our timetable for more information.

Class times may vary on bank holidays, so please check our website or contact us before visiting.

Can I try the gym before signing up?

Yes, we often offer trial memberships so you can experience our amazing classes and coaching before committing to a membership.  These are two week memberships which allow you to book an unlimited number of classes.

Do you offer Personal Training?

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Yes, if something untoward happens, or you experience an injury or illness, you can freeze your membership for up to 2month.  We have a 30 day cancellation policy on memberships so make sure you give us plenty of notice if you are planning on leaving.

Yes, our gym is owned and coached by our all female team, Lottie & Estelle. We provide ourselves on providing a welcoming and supportive environment for women, with training programs designed for different goals and experience levels.
